The terms of our contract are based on the legal binding between you and our company, Latin-Voyages, in respect to the package tours offered by our company. In dealing with package tours with other local travel agencies or other payments such as tickets, car rental, or other offers which are not part of our offers, you must conclude the agreement directly with the other party. We will not be included in this other contract.
