Peru is one of the 3 most developed countries within the last 10 years. Together with Brasil and Chile, Peru drives to be a country of progress.

Cause of this enormous economic growth is the natural resourses of its soil (gold, silver, cooper, gas), the well located infrastructure to the sea gates and the continuous growing of tourism.

Only in the last year 2011, Peru showed more than 9% of economic growth.

The sector that will benefit most is the area of building. Property market has grown within the last 3 years twice as much more. and it seems to be continued.

All these backgrounds moved us to get also involved in the area of building. We have developed a project together with an German Architect, to built two holiday-hauses in the Sacred Valley of Urubamba. One of those is ready for sale.

The building started at tha beggining of the year 2011 and took us 4 months to be finished.

We plan to start with the next haus in October/November. We expect to be ready in March the next year, 2012.
